I have had my very first experience with Himodel in China and have a couple of comments to make about the experience.

I had a couple of questions regarding the product i was going to purchase that were answered with 30 to 40 minutes

I placed an order yesterday morning after reading due too the public holiday on the 3rd and 4th of April there would be a possible delay of shipping orders for a day or 2.

With in 30 minutes of placing the order i received confirmation that my payment was was checked and approved.

With in 6 hours i received a notice of my tracking number and that the parcel had already shipped.

Man this the best service i have had from any RC mob full stop

+1! These guys ship within one hour every order I've placed so far, and its actually trackable within a couple hours after that! Great.

I've had a great experience with them.
I ordered a 5.8 TX/RX and it came a week or so later and it had issues.
I sent it back with proof of the post office paperwork and they sent another one that day and I had it 2 days later. Unfortunately that one had issues too and I had to send it back. They just got it yesterday and should test it tomorrow.

We've had about 30-40 emails during the process and excellent communication all the time.

I'm bummed the TX/RX's didn't work but I've never had that much great customer service form an overseas company before.

They are awesome, and I would have no problems ordering from them.
