SplashPipe - a scratchbuilt waterproof PVC quad

I haven't documented a build yet so I thought I'd show my process on this rig. I've accrued most of the necessary pieces, enough to get started at least. ![]() 52mm vacuum pipe trimmed to accommodate the 3/4" (22mm od) pvc water pipe: ![]() ![]() Motor mounts being formed: ![]() Main body and booms, trued and glued: ![]() Bare frame weighs 310g, time to start designing the multiwii pcb. @jack - the actual tools were an xacto and dremel, the template I produced using this site: http://www.cycle-frames.com/bicycle-...e-Notcher.html
