I don't have the patience for that then. I'd rather fly short multiple flight with no fuss.

I love my electric 89" Slick!! But wouldn't mind doing a DA60 powered 91" Edge, or maybe one of the new DLE twins....

By the way, I flew my Slick today for the first time after properly setting up my BEC Pro. Oh baby... its a whole new plane!! Now my pushovers to inverted harrier actually hold! Tumbles were more fierce and the plane was much more reactive. Now I just need about 40 4s batteries and I'll be good to go!!

Steve - have you flown your 58" Edge yet? I freakin love mine!! I'm having trouble keeping the canopy on though... It was ill fitting and the pin won't go in very well. Other than that its a beast of a plane.

Nah. I'm going to upgrade soon. But I just recently bought a 71 Slick, 58" Edge and 57" SC so I'm letting my wallet cool off first.

how's that deep cycle battery/field charger working for you? I just got one and I'm liking the ability so far, but I've only been doing for a couple weeks.

What deep cycle battery are you using?? I had one that was working great until I got into larger batteries. I killed it trying to charge at 30A.

LOL, I bought a marine battery at costco, I use my icharger 206B and set it to 12-15A and charge my 2500-3300 6s and smaller batteries 2 at a time, I don't let it run down past 12.2V. so far so good, and costco has a 100% refund if it fails in the first 12 months

Which battery did you get? I think mine just wasn't strong enough.
