Help!
Need help with aileron hinge.

Well I did a dumb thing and didn't pay attention to my gyro initialize. I launched my f16 and it plummeted straight to earth because I had no controls. My left wing broke off and it also broke the hinge apart. I don't have hinge tape. Does anything else work to hold this together?

I have CA and epoxy. Epoxy holds well just don't know if it will be too stiff. I heard dap instant cement works too. I could try CA first seems the easiest

Just go to a hobby store & buy CA hinge .. Without hinges the aileron will come apart easily again

There are no hinges. It's part of the wing. There's no pins or anything. It just tore apart

I'll give it a shot. The wings and flaps are so thin I don't know if I can get a hinge in there

Hinges are very thin & you use a sharp blade to cut the slots... I used them on 64mm Panther , T-45, F-18 ,etc to strengthen the elevators,ailerons,rudders.. Don't trust foam hinges much..

Ok. I'll try the zip tie hinges. The foam looks thick enough to pierce with a razor blade then slide the zip tie in. Thanks for the ideas guys. I tried gorilla glue foam glue but it's too stiff it won't let it pivot anymore.
