If you are doing all of this and it is still coming up with errors in the GUI.
I would suggest you go to the Quadrino web page and fill out a trouble ticket.
Colin AKA the Guru, can fix it in about 25 mins.
I would chat with him before trying to remove parts from the board.

Thanks Dr. Yes, I have done all the settings in the Quadrino app from the beginning, including the serial number. I'll take your advice and submit a trouble ticket on the site.
