So the deck is cemented to the hull? I see no access hatches.

Gerald, very interested in your RC conversion.

Just curious about some details:

1.- Only one motor seen but you do use two, donīt you?.
2.- Also only one rudder servo seen. Do you control both rudders or just one?.
3.- No hydroplane control nor servo seen. Donīt you use hydroplane control?.
4.- Finally in the rear dry space, how do you seal de access hatch?, adhesive tape?.

I understand the model is not finished yet and probably you only mounted the parts needed for diving test but not sure.

If you advanced on the RC conversion I would much like to see more photos and read your opinion on the matter.

Best Regards,

Gerald, many thanks for the info and the link.

I think you did a wonderfull simple and efective RC conversion and I will use it as inspiration for both my Revell Types VII and IX, although I plan using a more scale set up with 2 motors, 2 rudders and at least rear hydroplanes.

I will add photos to your thread when I finish my Robbe U-47 static diving conversion in a few weeks,

Best Regards and thanks again for your help.
