Well,

Unfortunatly Blaster number 1 ate the big one. Cause of death, servo plug in wing coming unplugged on launch. Dont ask me how but for some reason when this happened the aileron ent full deflection and the plane went up a full blown launch rolling like a blurr, I fough ti t and tried to get it under control but I really was jstu along for the ride. I would think I could have saved it but It just didnt happen. She went spiraling down into HARD gravel and the wing broke in half where it was previously damaged a year ago. The fuse was unharmed and the wing was fine except for being seperated in the center.

Ive put in an order for another one with the regular wing... I dont want the light wing, id rather win with a heavy plane

The plane WILL live on but in a much different roll. As I type this the good parts of the wing halves are being joined with 0 dihedral and willbe reattached to the fuse, new tailfeather made and it shall live out the rest of its days as a DS-er. Im thinking it shoudl be 150 capable. Gonna be a fun plane. Other good nes is that Ill ahve a FRESH Blaster for the IHLGF!

Bummer dude. You rode that horse hard and it's held well. I hope you get the new one quick. Mine is back together after my launch crash. The damage was minimal, I got lucky. See you sunday week.

Dude, I can relate. We were test flying our prototype today when the vertical broke apart on launch. Some simple moron forgot to reinforce the wood while building the tail... me. I'm grateful that the plane lived. I flew it again two hours later.

My Cat Boots kept tryign to get in the way fo rthe pic... In the second picture you can see him returning a black hair band I launched down the hallway.. He is the only cat I ahve ever seen play Fetch.. When I fire those bands, he BOLTS to go bring them back to me.... I fire them down the hallway in the backround from that angle, they richochet and go further down... he takes off after them and scince he cant get traction, he richochets off the wall as well... Funny stuff!

With your DS mods, I bet that thing will hual!

Hehe well, that is one slick airfoil for sure.. Ill be puttin an ounce or so in each LE wingtip. Shoudl be fun to fly! Hopefully it will survive til may 15th when Ill be back in Cali.. I plan on ringing it out on a dam here though!

Lol.. His cat is AWESOME!! It does wall rides when it goes around the corner! Austin.. I was thinking about the Blaster.. The only weak part that I can think of is the full flying stab. That carbon swivel thingy that it mounts on might twist or something. You said something about new tailfeathers, so I was wondering what you are going to do on the stab. Elevators??? Vtail? nah.. V's suck.
