I guess more specifically... the rolling loop. Everything I've practiced on that plane seems to have worked on my 51 and 59 outdoors. I know u use throttle to climb in the rolling loop and everyone says u use straight roll inputs. I'm rolling to the left and find the only way to get it to climb is to bump harder on the right rudder. Does this sound right? I dont wanna practice it wrong on the sim. Maybe an expert could try this plane tell me what u think.
other guys ahead all give good advice. the rolling loop is tough because to learn it you need to account for a change in roll rate as the plane slows down and speeds up, as well as having to change the amount of input as well as your throttle. Very rewarding when you can get it, but no fear, no rush, practice practice and the rest comes in time...
