MCPX Gush

I've been away for a while. I was done with Heli's after my 700 went in. Whats left of it has been sitting on a shelf for a long time now.

I popped past the model shop a while back and asked for something I could hover in my lounge, maybe a Trex 100? I was given a Blade MCPx.

This little thing amazes me.. it did hover in the lounge, then I took it to the park and did a little FFF. Next thing it was going rainbows and flips. Over the last 12 months I have bought another two.The V2 and its BL cousin.

What truly amazes me is the durability of these heli's. After thundering in from high up or overcooking it in an inverted hover with no throttle hold, I just pick it up and fly again. Nothing builds your 3D confidence like that, Ive learned reverse flight and the beginnings of inverted fwd flight in no time.

Feathering shaft and main gear seem the most common components to go. Pretty simple to fix.

Thanks for nothing Blade, now I'm fully back into heli-fever, and repairing my shelf-ware.

Late to the game I know but needed to share.

Marty, skyblu, and Todd at a strech. You Guys all win, and you earn our love

Tragically I did't notice any difference in flying style but corrected anyway.

Fixed, flies little better now ;
