Sounds like a winning set up to me. I'm running an old warp4 5t (1430kv)with a 8x5 prop on 2s and that suites me well.

And I am still running a Warp 4 (4T) with an 8x4" GWS HD on 2s.

Here are a couple photo's of my 2nd minimag; my first one got lost in a thermal a couple years ago while doing some high altitude photography...... This one has about 4 hours on it now, mostly at -15 to -20 celcius. (I am patiently waiting for spring!) Its got 2 1/4" tires, tail wheel, HS65HB servos, 30A sc, a 1450 Kv brushless and a 8x4 GWS prop. It flies very well like this, its ready to fly weight with a 2200 Mah 3 cell Lipo is 649 grams. I am now waiting for 2 1/2" tires, a 1050 Kv motor, a couple more servos and a y-harness. I plan to try an 8x6 or 9x5 prop with this motor, and am also planning to paint or cover this plane..... (got floats coming as well!)

Looks like a real "Tundra Buggy" with those large wheels! I notice the Fun cub ome with large wheels. You will find the floats great fo the snow as well!

I own two MM's, one with floats and the other stock. Just flew the one with floats off the ice on our lake in town. I just love the MM and until the Fun Cub, it was the greatest flying plane I've owned.

Each to his own. Either way, they both are just great.

mini mag is a good investment!!

The Mini Mag is the best bang for the buck I have ever got from a kit. It keeps going and going and going.
