You guys doing the builds have moved me to at least strip the covering and glass my next TF 60 size. I opened up the trailer and took a quick look at the H9 50 size that has been in there for the last few months and it still looks fine. Nothing a few minutes with the heat gun won't take care of so I have one to fly when it gets warmer.
Then I went to the lhs and lended an extra pair of hands to the owner while he was glassing his TF GS P-47 wing. he went with the Z-Poxy resin and 3/4oz cloth. Have to say it wasn't as bad a as I thought it would be with the resin. Then I watched the Pimp My ARF series again on utube this morning. I think I'll go with the poly method on the Corsair. At the end of the day I think it will add less weight, and cleanup is much easier.
Just to add more confusion to the mix though, he has a 73" P-40 hanging in the shop with a 150 4 stoke that he wants to swap for a gasser. he said he would give me a good deal on the engine so now I have to see if it will fit in the cowl on the Corsair. Or if it would be better in the TF 60 size P-47 that is in line.

The 1.20 AX is hugely overpowered for this Bird. A 1.20 four stroke is Plenty. I fly my TF GE corsair with a .91 surpass for plenty of speed and huge loops! It weighs in at 11-12 lbs with all of the bells and whistles...

Here is my Ziroli Corsair. Yep it has a light wag at high speed. I was built with the nose extended about 2'' with the Quadra 100 there is no weight needed to ballance the plane. They are great airplanes to fly and you will impress the crowed.

I have the Corsair Blues. I am waiting for HK to send my 20cc gas engine for my Hangar 9 50. I ordered it 4.14. The real blues will start when I try to fit tht engine in there.
