I broke a bunch of links when I first started to fly c/p. Plus two booms. I made my own booms from solid carbon rods. Bought one bag of links and thats about all damage done.

This little heli is just a blast to fly. I think it might be my favorite, as it is quite zippy and agile. I ran a couple more batteries though it today, with some pretty aggressive maneuvers, but no inverted. I want to practice more on the sim again, before real life again. This heli can be squirrelly enough right side up.

M-cp-X is heli that was cloned by many. V922/ HCP 100 Solo-pro 100 D and others. same with MSR-X and clone FBL F/P. This heli was one of my first c/p's to go full battery pack and able to go again. With Genius c/p learned alot from both. None of my small helis have under 300 + flights.
My friend who has been into RC many more years that me has no bird with near that flight time.

Since posting on these decided to fly some. Two V2 and FAI bodied V1. Little shakey at first but got the grove for them. Batteries holding up good and gave full flights on each. Flew the Nanos other day.

Pretty cool little glider. I put all my Blade c/p's back on DX6i. My extended sticks did not allow throddle stick from going all the way down and helis did not bind. Then Held throddle down and they bound right away. When they say all the way down they mean it. amyway its nice to fly with DX6i again.

Flying mostly bl helis and going back to stock Mcp-x was different. Its all good.

Micro-heli makes good stuf. If you crash alot i guess solid would be better. I am not saying this is the case. I have many hours on each one of my Mcp-x's and have not broken or split a main shaft. All five of my Mcp-x's are stock except one has micro-heli s/plate. some have O-ring upgrades and KDBB blades /L/G but thats it with bling parts. Nothing wrong with that but stock stuff holds up decent.

dankar04 thanks for the information I only have two . 1st has Micro-heli swash, blade grip hub, Extreme landing gear and KZ Alaska extended solid boom kit. 2nd just KZ Alaska extended tail kit, But the 2nd is my test heli I have just started to try out some flips and I guess I need a lot more simulator time before I try it for real again.

Is the solid carbon fiber? The metal ones bend, instead of flexing and bouncing back.

I still just use the stockers. They have been great for me, and have lasted through a whole lot of ground impacts during learning.

Mine is back up and running.

Since I have a dx7s and prior experience with flying CP helis, anyone have a good setup radio-wise for a nice relaxing cruiser for buzzing around the house?
