Cheers.. notice how I stumbled with my words after mark says its a bit heavy .. it was first hand launch and my nerves were taking over a little... TLMARK is an ace when it comes to hand launching so I knew he would get it up smoothly ..just down to me not to mess the rest up

No prob buddy! Glad it went well for y'all! Seems like youre an ace enough to not let it hit the ground after a good hand launch! Happy flying to you brother! Ive got to get a new prop and rudder servo "not centering correctly".... Before i can take mine back out.

Alrighty have a apc 13x4 at my LHS to be balanced and picked up sir! My last apc 12x6 was out of balance and vibrated the motor mount loose.. Gotta screw them back in good as well!

I'm still am kind of liking the APC 12X6 as I'm flying strictly aerobatic, and not 3D.

I'm running the 12x6 apc for Sport and "3D"(more stick banging than anything) though it's heavy it does float once it's in the air. Hovers are pretty easy, inverted harriers are a breeze, knife edges are locked in, snap rolls on high rates are just disgustingly awesome, haven't tried rolling circles as I can barely do that on a simulator.

Sport flying is really good with this plane as well, I prefer my ArtiZan though as that's what it is designed for.

So far I've only bent the gear and torn off the counter balance on this plane.

Any thoughts on this battery? My son only has the 1 eflite stock pack now, seems to charge fast but could use more flight time. This one is on sale and I know several pattern guys that swear by the Zippy Compact.

This one might be a better closer size and weight choice.

Looks good to me! Keep the "c" rating up! I bought the regular zippy 3000s 20 "c" and its 5 minutes of half throttle and you better land it! Plus see size wise compared to the stock battery.

Keep the C up indeed! I'm running nano-tech 2,700 65C-130C and they are coming out real warm, but, I'm flying mostly full throttle.. I really enjoy full throttle turns (sideways of course!)
