Very Excited About The ZEPH II

Chris,

Sorry to bug you with possibly, "idiotic" questions:

1.You mentioned something about 12" wing(let) extensions - for long range type flying - will this be an additional version, or add-ons to the original Zeph II?

2. I went to the ebay page that sells the black carbon fiber vinyl and there seems to be numbers indicating thickness (ie, #80 to #84), which one do you recommend?

I really appreciate your time, and want to wish you a happy belated Birthday

Donnie

Chris,

If you ever put together a package with an ESC and a good motor that can haul the model and a GoPro let me know. I'm looking for my first FPV wing but having a hard time deciding.

CK-

What is the rec'd power setup for no FPV? Just want to balance right. 4S 6000mah would be cool. Looonng flights.

I'm looking to replace my S&B Me-163 with a big, lazy wing.

Looks like the Zeph 2 is the ticket.

Hi , that would be wing end extensions , not winglet.
This would increase the wing span to 80'' by making the wings longer while maintaining the exact profile, just extending it.

Three - 11.1

Not interested in long-range and want to keep everything powered from a single battery without introducing another point of failure (12v regulator).

Looking for an all-up cost of the wing, esc and motor. Thanks Chris.

Batt bay dims are 110mm wide 150 mm long 43 mm deep.
You can easily lengthen the batt bay by moving the esc a little out board.
