On a 39" wing with 15" chord, I put a 1/2" spacer block under the trailing edge near the root rib (near the fuselage) then weight the other four corners down on to my build board. The wing was top side down too. I then glued the underside balsa covering onto the wing ribs to hold it fixed. What you want is less angle of incidence out on the tips to help with stall speeds of the outer part of the wing.
