How many amps for 1s???
Hi as i have purchased a new charger i was wondering how many amps do I charge my 1s batteries at???

A safe rate for LiPo cells is 1C, or the same as the capacity in mAh, so charge a 180mAh cell or battery at 0.1 or 0.2A, a 300mAh cell at 0.3A etc. Most chargers only charge at increments of 0.1A, so you can't accurately match the 1C rate on most small cells - low is safe.
That should give you a charge time of around one hour.
Some of the new cells can be charged at up to 5C, but I have no experience in that area.

usual you can get away with 2C, but that is a very bad idea. some brands (hyperion, turnigy nano, some others) can charge safely at 5C, but, this generally shortens life.
just charge at 1C unless you want to risk a fire.
