Anyway to get rid of this horrid vibration with stock himax brushless setup? Is it coming from motor mount alone? Anything past 45% throttle and awful buzz.

Assuming all new parts and a newly built plane, the problem is not likely the Himax motor. There is a better chance the prop needs to be balanced or the spinner (if used).
Of course, the motor mount may not be glued securly to the nose, etc. My two MiniMags never did vibrate much at all, but I assembled them myself and balanced the prop.
