The red one is a Sig Four Star 40, not sure about the other one though. You will love that Four Star, I have one and it flys great.

Very nice of him, the 51 looks like the old Tiger 51?? Hard to tell. If so it is one of the better/easier 51s to fly. I too was given a lot of nice stuff after a friend was no longer able to fly. I would have rather had him still flying but after a stroke it is out of the question. At least everything is getting used. Your going to enjoy both planes. The 4* is a great one to convert to electric if you don't care for glow power.

Nice friend to have

Make sure you check that any old fuel residue hasn't weakened the airframes (firewall and nose areas in particular) and if they haven't been flown for a long time I'd recommend new receiver batteries.

Enjoy flying them.

The mustang is one of Horizon Hobbies' PTS system trimmed in the Tuskeegee airmen scheme. Should have a .46 engine (forgot brand); very good trainer system. Lots of reviews on RCG. Some folks have fitted them out with retracts and operating flaps.

You will LOVE the 4 star.

wish I had one of the mustangs and ANOTHER 4 star (I've had 5, various sizes.).
