What Skywalker to buy?

Hi everybody!

I'm thinking of going back to skywalker planes. I used to have a 1900 wing. Now I am thinking on a smaller version because transporting was a pain in the ***.
To my surprise I've seen a lot of different models have been relased recently so I am starting to be a little bit lost.

I have motors, batteries and props for 4S setup, and a APM 2.6 so I am planning to use it for FPV.

According to my specs, I think I should probably go for 1680 2014 skywalker version with carbon fiber tail. What do you guys think? Should I buy it with the new tail design or with the old fashion T style?

Seems to me that the old fashion T elevator is not as strong as the 2013 version. Sometimes when I crashed it was to me the weakest part of the plane. What do you think?

Anyway, to sum up, I want a skywalker because I like it but I want something easy to fly : go to the field, not to much setup, through and fly!

Could you guys bring any light to this matter?

Thanks!

SkyWalker 2014 "REVOLUTION" version
with CarbonBoom tail.

p.s.
the worst part of the SkyWalker line up are attaching the wings.
Rubber Bands....and
Plugging in all the wing servo connectors is a pain after 3yrs of SkyWalkers.

I have a 2013 CF boom 1900 and it takes a good bit of weight up front to get the right CG. Probably not an issue if you plan on having a good bit of gear/batteries but if for some reason you are looking for the lightest setup ever I suspect the foam model would be better? For reference with an almost bare plane it took a mobius, Qty 2 3S 4500s and an extra 3s 2200 up front to make it happy
