Well, just had a couple of excellent flights, man this plane rolls on a string, but wow, it's c-c- cold at 4900'...42F. As expected at this temp, cell delivery was just o.k., all the warbird maneuvers though. Before the day is out, I think I'll order the P40, put a lightweight spinner on it and groove to a bigger bird. Attached a pic of my rig, don't let the weather fool ypu, ground was hard and icy...slid for a awhile, what a crackup to watch!

Glad you reminded me Jason, at the moment it appears NP only has the P51. I must do research, but at the moment I too am doing family stuff...try sitting at the mall while the wife is picking out her birthday swag...

I know how it goes my friend, but in turn they let us play with our "toys" as my wife likes to call it,

I can't find the other warbirds anywhere?

NP wants way to much for shipping, value hobby sent me more stuff faster last week
I put basically the same things in both shopping carts on both sites,
one was $4 the other was $15(shipping)

guess which one I used?

maybe call valuehobby and see if they can order them? they were pretty nice on the phone.

good luck Dan, let us know what you find out!

Techone

I know the website is kind of goofy- they have products with little to no information. the HCF line looks interesting, I am curious to see what becomes of the 3D Warbird series, I wish someone was carrying them!

Wondering if Dan the man has had any luck tracking down his P-40......

may try to go do some more damage to my P51 tonight weather/wife permitting.

No luck, just online chatted with Nitroplanes, it seemed like it was news to them. We'll just have to wait and fly what we got..they'll be coming 'round the mountain sometime. I just ordered the Bf109 as a gift for my brother so we'll see how that flies. What motor did you use in your's Jason, assuming you bought just the kit? And, I'm anxious to hear when someone flies a HCF kit...so light, so pretty...possibly an outstanding indoor plane.

I bought the combo job - the motor that came with it was more than adequate Dan,
sorry to hear no luck on the P-40, hope the 109 flies well for you
you and your bro could recreate some WWII dogfightin!

we'll certainly test the mid-air survivability, that's for sure...it will be fun! You'd be surprised how hard it is to intentionally hit the other guy, yet it happens so easily when not...why is that?
