I changed my tail to all metal parts and I had to take the main shaft off to get the beveled tail gear back on I think a assembled it right .I leveled the swashplate for the first time. it needed one turn of both back servo links and a time amount of aileron subtrim.
well as in the video just a tiny bit of throttle and I get full servo right aileron more then is possible. nothing else really works till I let off on the throttle then after a few seconds it levels out and everything works. I did have a hard landing where I lost radio contact and the helli came down flat fairly fast and loosened the rx. but it flew with a little shaking ok after that. really lost could it be somethign screwed up on the tx?
