I wouldn't let a little problem like orings keep you from getting one. Its an awesome bike, I was just frustrated because I couldn't fix it . all is well now.

there is plenty of space between the inside body and lower chassis, a trick i do to get more lean with my tt r1 bodys is to split them down the middle and overlap the edges, use a couple of plastic pop rivets and shoe goo it back together .you cant even tell its been done and still just as strong. this can be done to the zh body too so i can get more lean if needed no problem.

the servos are a perfect fit. also noticed that the upper plate has 3 layers of c/f then to a dual layer were the servo slides in to accept the wider than 10.2mm width servo. you can see in first pic. I ended up using an extra Pats brakes inner cable and the stock housing, its a working bike. waiting on battery and time to paint.

been a busy week at work so not much time plus i had a couple of spills on the dirtbike and laying up in bed as much as i can. im getting too old for this . now you have forced me to get up and work on it ...i really want to finish it so i can try it out..

dont worrie about that i will be there. did my part for the night, drilled and tapped crash bar mounts and finished adding all the washers. its so wierd after handling this bike i forget its an 8th because its so similar in design to some of my 5ths. but then when i hold my 5ths after working on this thing they feel HUGE here are some pics and one of the front pulley grub screw.

Thought you might want to see how the body is trimmed for the steering rods..still painting and tunning. Will be finished soon. Im taking a little more time on the paint job than usual.

Thanks Steve Im happy with it. I'm just using left over decals from NF bikes and other items. All my striping is paint..

OK here's were I'm getting exited. Since my battery came in today it was time to split the body and reattach with shoo goo. Lean angle is no longer an issue, it has more than it can use and lots of clearance. Had to trim around the pinion, it sticks out past the body now. In the 3rd pic you can see how much the body squeeze together. I will be running it soon. Thanks for the props Dean

THANKS CHRIS! Means a lot coming from you. I ran it for the first time today and it was a success. The stock steering springs are very soft so it took just a bit to get use to the steering. I replaced them with an NF spring cut in half and it was a little too hard so I got a little dialing in to do but it drove strait with no trim needed yet. I'm not a fan of the nonsensored esc/motor set up the power is very abrupt and tends to surge at the touch of the throttle when exiting a curve...this will not do...novak mongoose on the way and this systems going in the kyosho hor....
