Sorry for not searching but this site is slow on my phone...
Story, my boss has a Zagi glider ( no motor) and we tried it out the other day and it needed full up elevator to keep it from diving straight down. I know only a little about planes and less about ones without a tail and even less about gliders. So a quick question, where is the CGsupposed to be? I think he said the book put it at 7" from the tip.
Let me go find the box so I can give the model or size, whatever.

Enter the measurements of the Zagi in here: http://fwcg.3dzone.dk/
Since it's a glider, I'd suggest using the 20% value instead of the 15% since gliders prefer to be a bit tail heavy.
BTW, that link is posted in a stickied thread on the "Flying Wings" forum in the electric airplanes section.

Way too nose heavy. Try moving the CG back to 7.75"- 8" back from the nose, and reduce the control throws.
Also, when you get it flying, you'll need about half the elevator throws -vs- aileron throws.
Learn to throw it with your four fingers under the nose, and your thumb on top. You can actually get a pretty decent throw this way.
