Im looking for RC plans for a Vickers Wellington bomber drawn by Frank E Baker. Not sure what scale the aircraft is. Can anyone help?

Frank Baker's Wellington plan was published in the December 1980 issue of Model Aviation. Span is 66" Real one had a span of 86' so that's about 1/15 scale.
PM me if you would like a scan of the article.
