Not sure on the hp but hopefully its enough. The prop is a octura 1475. Diameter: 2.64 Pitch: 4.130.
The wings still need some work but Here are some pictures of the fuel tank and pules pump, the vertical stabilizer that I integrated a antenna tube into, the horizontal stabilizer covered with carbon fiber, and made a custom servo plate for the servos in the waterproof receiver box.

Hey guys. I put the boat on the back burner for hunting season and now I'm back to working on it. I was thinking about controlling the rear wing on a 3rd channel for adjustments on the fly. Then got to thinking a gyro would be a cool way to control it. So I've been doing a little research and it seems a lot of people have been suggesting to remove or leave the wing off because it causes more problems then helps!!?? What do you guys think?

Its true, rear wing on model hydroplane are not very useful and get ripped off if you back flip(taking a big chuck of the deck). With the CG properly placed behind the step it should run nicely in a scale manner with only prop angle adjustment. It will take a few run to find out the best trimming, prop and engine set-up.

Thanks coriolan. We decided since I have so much work in the wings already we are going to use them. Going to spend a lot of time tuning it and we'll see what happens. sully500 I'll let you know after the shake down runs.
