I agree, the 10 is much too heavy. I run a 102g Cobra in mine and still have 24g on the tail.

I broke a shaft on my installed Park 480, and the only motor I had available was a E-flite Power 10. Just had to drill out the firewall to mount.

Pushed back my 4s lip about 3/4" to honor the COG.

Flew fine.

Power 10 with 4s lipo? Only rated to 3s per spec.

Just an FYI. Mounted the rimfire .10, I noticed that the c-clip on the motor shaft was bigger then the center hole in the firewall and was hanging up. Had to remove motor and drill out center. May have been bad if that heated up from friction?

You can just take off the C clip.
The pull of the prop keeps the motor can on.

You would have had some serious torque roll!

I waited too long to buy one of these and now they're discontinued! The Proud Bird looks great but I would have preferred a Cosmic Wind.

There's just TOO MANY nice kits and ARF's out there!

Looks good. I like the outline around the bottom checkers.

What's your setup?

Some automotive pinstripes around the checkers and cockpit. Thanks for the kind words. I'm running the recommended Rimfire .10, Silver series 35amp esc, and 3 HiTec HS-82MG servos, 8'x8' APC prop. Wow, this Name Brand stuff can get expensive! Ive only been in the hobby a few years now and have always ordered less expensive, online electronics with no complaints. Hopefully, there's not a big difference.

mett, looks good. I dont think you will be disappointed with the Hitec servos. I've been using and selling them for alot of years now and no failures with them come to mind and I have some that have 100's of flyn hrs on them... DJ
