Just got my outrigger from a guy on ebay today! Its the Zippkits jae 12 outrigger with a .18 supertiger in it. Cant wait to get it out on the water. Here are some pics

Go back to about page 1 and you should see mine.
One thing that I see is it's missing is a flywheel, it's not going to run very well without one.

Ron is right, you should get a flywheel. My Supertigre runs nicely!

Ok, one other thing for now. The builder used a ProBoat Miss Bud header and probably tuned pipe (it's hard ot tell in the shot). It's awfully long as the length from the glow plug measuring to the wide part of the pipe should be in the 8-1/2" area otherwise it's an expensive almost muffler.

Sorry probably an easy question but why the need for a flywheel???

All that momentum spinning around and around makes the engine run smoother.
Take this as an example:
On the old fashoined printing press machines you had to press a pedal down again and again to run the machine. There was a big heavy flywheel to keep the momentum there while you brought your foot back up to keep it running nicely.
Same concept applies to an engine. Between fires, explosions, strokes, bangs, when the fuels combusts-whatever you want to call it, that inertia/momentum in the flywheel keeps everything spinning/running until the the piston reaches the top again to explode the fuel.
