Zagi Thrust Line and cg?

I've managed to wack up the canopy and tray and decided to remove them. I have built a little motor mount out of some packing foam. Should the motor shaft be flat to the wing and straight through the middle or does it have a little adjustment in either direction?

The wing is clipped by 4". Should I have the cg at 8" same as stock or move it forward at all?

Thanks in advance for any help.

thrust line is not that big of deal on a ZAGI
just lay the plane right side up on a table then mount your motor parrelel to the table
dont know if that made any sense
let me try to explain it this way
put it on the table the use a level to adjust the angle so it is flat with the earth
make sure the table is flat too

just use your eyes

if at full throtle in the air and the plane falls or rises adjust the motor accordingly

as for the cg

8 inches is conservitive on a regular ZAGI 400 try 7.75 to 7.35 inches
i like to fly mine to the point where if i move back my RS 1600 pack just an .125 of an inch it won't turn without spining out of a turn

hope that helped
