Yuricomposites SLOPE-X build
Have you ever got a song stuck in your head, and you keep singing it to yourself to the point of crazy?
Ever since my friend Yuri told me he was FINALLY going to make a sloper version of his (truly scary fast) X-PLANE, I've had this song by the Who running in my head...
This airframe weighs 14 oz as you see it, and I expect to finish it out below 20oz ready to throw. There is plenty of room in this fuse for ballasting it to insane weights.
OK, so now it's not the X-PLANE it's the SLOPE-X!
but I STILL can't get it out of my head.

Thank You all guys for Your comments .
I am doing my best making these planes for about year and a half .
It is all started with idea of ultimate hotliner and high performance speed plane.
I worked for electric guys ,who wanted nothing but speed and plane seems to be a success and got a lots of positive responses .My personal record is 205MPH and
most of the time when it comes to speed and fun flying I fly my X-plane and nothing else.
I started to get more and more requests lately from the guys about slope version of X-Plane.And here You have her as Slope-X now.
Coupe words about the "ingredients".
I am using top notch spread tow carbon fiber,Concept 2K paint and clear and work with only MGS resins.
Airframe weights between 14 and 16 oz depending on lay up and comes full, double or triple carbon.
I have mine as full carbon and totally satisfied with performance and I fly her like I stole her,or made her to be exact
Here is a short video from high performance forum
I'll be posting pictures of every new Slope-X in this thread with Winchdoc's permission.
My apologies for YURICOMPOSITES.COM site I am working on planes all the time and I am computer challenged person, which could not find a right person near by to explain me how to deal with all that WWW,HTTP ,e.t.c.
But at least my E-mail and telephone # on page ,so You can contact me directly if have any questions.
I know Winchdoc will do an awesome build and show us the details.
special single carbon layup
This particular plane is a full SINGLE carbon that Yuri laid up with some limited supply high modulus CF. He shaved a few oz of the start weight.. It is plenty strong. I will break with tradition of "overkill" and attempt to finish this one out nice and light, but still have tight linkages for crisp control.
I suspect it will still be 'king fast at a sub 20oz weight.
The XXX 'Sam' overkill layup
I will offer a build out of the first 3X carbon SLOPE-X for the first person that orders it.
You buy the gear and misc parts, and I build it out RTF for you for a small fee. It will be a triple awesome heavy-duty build. PM me for details.
