I was on a railway forum where they were talking about a BADGERs Basic logging engine and a couple of them mentioned that Midwest is shipping the Heritage Pre-Assembled Steam Engine. I checked the Midwest site http://www.midwestproducts.com/store...am_Engine.aspx
and the engines are no longer listed as out of stock. They also have the Fantail Launch II listed again, the Model VI Steam Engine is still listed as out of stock and the Elliot Bay is not listed at all.

I have found that there is little difference between paying with PayPal (which I pay with a Credit Card)or paying by Credit Card, but I thing you can phone your order in to Midwest and give them the information over the phone.
