Nitro to electric conversion, gears.
I'm converting and old Traxxas nitro i have from when i was young, dont know the model. I need som help finding gears for it.
Here it is stripped down:
Here are the gears i have:
At the top friction plates that mounts fixed on the axle of the diff.
From left to right: Original spur gear, original pinion mounted on the clutch thing, and an Traxxas pinion that fits on the new motor(1/8" 3,2mm).
What do you think? Should I get a new spur gear and custom fit it to the diff-axle, or find a pinion gear that works with the original spur?
Or maybe try to make an adapter for the original pinion gear.
How do i find out what kind I need?
