When will they start shipping? And will Tarot release any own brushless gimbals soon, in the "pro" level, not just GoPro type cameras??

Are the arms aluminum or carbon fiber? How does this compare to the T15/T18, is it a lesser machine?

When will that gimbal be available?

The arms are aluminum, the main difference for this copter with T15/T18 is that this one is a umbrella folding one beside it's retractable landing gear

This copter is available now :

I see that in the flying position, the arms also have an upward angle to them, like the DJI machines? What is your perception of this model? Are the arms very stiff, particularly at the folding joints?

I'm definitely interested in this machine, and I like Tarot, but I'm nervous about being the first person to buy a new machine.

In the photos, there's some electronics visible. I assume these are not included? There's some kind of black central hub, and I can see a single cable plugged into the hub, and then travelling into the arms. What is that? An ESC? When will this all be available?

If you check the Tarot website it lists this product as
"Tarot X8 8aixs frame TL8X000 (no gryo )" (sic).
Why list it as 'no gyro' unless they are planning to release integrated flight electronics. This would make sense for a company who probably want a slice of the RTF AP marketplace. The underslung gimbal looks to be a new design as well.

I have ordered minefrom RC Fans 88. Just wondering which FC to entrust it to!

Yes, you'll also notice in the photos that they have some kind of PDB hub that uses coaxial power wires running through the booms, so it seems like they also have their own ESC's on the way. You can also find the coaxial power wires for sale on a few sites.

I'm curious about the flight controller, wonder if they used Arducopter. More and more companies are.
