Problem with V911

I just bought a V911 and had to buy a separate transmitter because I didn't realize I bought the helo only, anyways, I got it working at first and didn't even have time to fly it because it stopped transmitting. The throttle is the only problem im having with it. I can get the other two gyros to move with each joystick, but as soon as I give it any throttle, it stops transmitting. A few seconds later it will reset and I cant move the gyros again, but no throttle. Can anyone help me with this problem. I have charged all the batteries, tried different batteries, removed the AA batteries from the transmitter to reset it and tried over and over again to reconnect the transmitter and helo. Thank you for all your help!

I tried the 911 TX and 912 TX,it will bind then when throttle up it just dies, got 5 batteries with it and it dont seem to matter, hard for me to see it but read it could be a "cold solder" on main board....time to get magnifier out...

So you bought the TX that normally comes with the RTF V911?

Did you buy them both from the same seller? (If not, each vendor will likely
blame the other.)

If you bought both at the same place, try contacting them. Perhaps they will
offer a replacement V911.

Do you know anyone with a V9xx? You could try to bind with their bird, and
eliminate the TX as a problem.

Return it if possible or just buy a RTF with everything and sounds like bad TX or battery issue. If TX ia baad then you would have two helis. Still a deal.
