mini vapor and plantraco

Couple of questions.

I see the mini vapor is discontinued. Anyone know about the RX?

How popular is Plantraco now? If the mini vapor brick goes that leaves just Plantraco and Detang that I know of.

I see I screwed up the title. :-/ keyboard & fat fingers

As the Thread Owner, you can edit the title.

The Mini Vapor brick, the last time I checked 0 a couple of weeks ago, was still available, but at $59.95

Plantraco - they have a selection of actuator receivers and one servo receiver. All Plantraco stuff runs on 400 MHz, with a somewaht unique modulation system. If you have a Hitec or Futaba TX with a trainer port, you can get their Monolith module that allows you to fly with that Tx, while the outboard module transmits the required 400 MHz.

DelTang are great!!! I have 5 or 6 of them. i really like them. Rock Solid.

And I did, thanks!

The Plantraco appeals a little because of the ultra cheap sale prices on the act Rx and actuators. I used to fool a bit with it when it first came out. Balomas were a hassle.

Do you have the actuator or servo DelTangs?

Thinking of this stuff for BSD's new balsa peanut series. Also that thread Peter Rake did of the classroom fighters he designed.

I much prefer dt to my old plantraco stuff.

If anyone wants them I may have a source for a bunch of nib plantraco receivers.
