$450.00 USD
Buyer pays shipping
Sold
Habu 32 PNP or BNF REDUCED FOR QUICK SALE

I am reducing my price on the Habu to MOVE!

Here is the original listing with more pics and info...

http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2117942

this one too lol

http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=2116299

I will take $450 Cash locally only for the JET PNP... you CAN use paypal but it would have to be a gift payment or you cover the fees... being local not much risk for the buyer

If a local wants it BNF with the 5000mah 6s 25c battery, and the ar6200 with sattelite. I would do that for $515......

If I ship it I am still charging the $500 plus actual shipping costs (the packaging IS going to cost me $50... no question as I don't ship unless its triple boxed and the box will be filled with peanuts and bubble wrap, don't ask if I will take $450 plus shipping charges because I wont)

Again I will travel some to assist with delivery.... I live in Central Vermont.

I lost the canopy on the last flight, I did however manage to absolutely grease the landing without it somehow ? lol... but I couldn't recover the canopy as it flew off at a great distance from me... the jet only has 5 flights, on the second I overshot the runway a bit and went very slowly into thick grass/brush... made a touch of cosmetic damage to one wings leading edge that was easily repaired with CA and I covered it with standard Red mono, its not a eyesore, but its there. Also has the aluminum landing gear wheels.

Jet has Hextronic MG Digital servos on all control surfaces , RCLander DPS 76mm (has a 82 mm outside diameter) 76mm (rotor) Blue aluminum EDF.... the specs of this edf are pretty impressive... 82amps and 2000 watts.. there is a vid of a diff habu 32 on youtube with this system on youtube if you hunt around, it def is more powerful then the stock unit..... its a pretty darn powerful setup for a 6s habu.... probably could run 7s if you dare I never did however.

Model no. LEDFDPS76-1A21
Rotor Size: 76mm
LIPO: 6S
Weight (total): 368g
MAX rpm: 50,000
MAX Power: (10sec.) w 2000
MAX Watts: (1min) w 1700
Motor (size): 3660
KV: 2120
Volts: 22.2
Amps: 82A
Thrust: 2.8kg
Inner diameter: 78mm
Outer diameter 82mm
ESC (timing): HIGH

I actually used the very well regarded 85amp turnigy esc that has a powerful bec with no issues...

Jet is not perfect, it has a small paint chip on underside of nose... a very small paint chip on top of rudder, but its in great shape overall.... the bit of dirt on underside is from taxiing in the parking lot... the EDF unit is very powerful and sounds great.... I don't know how fast it is as I never checked, but its FAST...

Please look at the pics, and I posted a vid I took yesterday on youtube so one can hear the edf unit.. its very smooth and well balanced.
I don't have an ideal place to fly this bird... it does take off our local grass field (fairly short) easily, yet the fields runway isn't quite long enough .... only thing it needs is a new canopy that are readily available for $12.95... I will probably end up taking out the Rxr, ... the one in it was COLD for the video.

My Eflite Habu 32 Snow (0 min 27 sec)

Down wind? you mean with the wind? or in no wind? I had a stock habu 32 with the delta-v 32 and this one is noticeably a touch faster... was pretty sure stock recommended setup was 130 flat?

Have you seen one with this system fly? or just going off the specs? just wondering... you may be correct, I do know it is quicker then my first one.

This one also sounds a lot better in my opinion...

Hi,
The fastest stock 6s stock bird I ever saw was here: http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showt...s#post21689413, and it hit 126mph, but it had retracts. I imagine your power setup provides a bit more power than stock, but the gear hanging down would reduce your speed by 10mph or so...
All that said, still a great deal , especially if someone is local.
Best of luck,
Josh

Thanks Josh, I like the way you explain things a bit better then some posters

I can appreciate the retracts do ad the 10mph.... I only took my estimate from my old habu as I know when they came out at the E-jets they hit 130 flat and level... that was when I got my first one, but they did have the optional retracts... kinda forgot about that... crashed it into a million pieces being stupid flying to slow when I was bringing it around to land So I guess if my original was in the 110-115mph range as it had the stock landing gear... the 130 makes since, because I swear this one is at least 10-15 mph faster then my original... it actually flies a bit better on the 6000mah 6s packs that I sold on ebay last year... the extra bit of weight of the rclander edf likes the extra 1000mah of weight over the nose... when I use the 5000mah pack I just nudge the pack forward a bit for the same effect

you mean with a stock habu 32? ummm my stock one def did over 90mph, maybe he needs better batteries... I will say these are power hungry birds, I flew with 40-50c turnigy 6000mah packs that were new/broken in... and they def woke up my stock bird over the 25c and 30c packs I also used.

ol' pro power 30c's basically 25c packs thunder power rebadged to 30c... A while back TP used to underate their packs a bit... That is til' the other companies overrated the snot out of theirs... The 30c TP's powers were basically prolite v2 extremes rebadged.... Good packs for sure, just not ideal habu 32 packs.... The high discharge turnigy packs made much more power then those, as I tried running TP powers in my old habu with stock fan and they came down puffy and quite warm Everytime... He should try some better packs, 6s habus need good batts.... My 12s heli I can throw newish 20c turnigy packs in and the difference from those and 40-50c packs is moderate at best, Where as my 6s 600 size bird needs high C packs or it won't play near as nice.... This is all fairly known info, but just sayin'....
