I find that very hard to believe, there are to many of them out there. My local hobby shop has all kinds of parts for the V1, and assured me they will have for a long time (I hope so, because I have one).

I think you will be waiting a long time before that ever happens .

GBX, you might have some luck selling it here, but the parts are easily enough available. I actually just listed some V1 parts for sale. From what I hear many of the parts for the V2 will drop in easily enough. You can also buy a V1 to V 2 conversion kit.

I doubt it will become collectible within the next few decades.

Maybe, but I doubt it. Most of the V1's I have seen for sale have gone for anywhere between $100-$200. Check out RunRyder.com

I'm still running a 50 V1 and I have a V2 conversion kit waiting until I smash the everloving crap out of it. Parts are still plentiful and with all due respect to the XRB, put the Rappy together and go fly it. Fuel machines fly a lot better than any electric unless you want to spend a boatload of money on batteries, chargers, and the very best elex helis.

Uh. They changed from V1 to V2 about two years ago.

That's like asking if a 2002 Honda Civic is a collectible.
