Hey all, I'm new in the mini heli category. I've spent the last year in the world of micro helis. however, I have just completed my order for a 450x. which should be in my possession by next Friday. WOOHOO!
I was wondering if anyone had any tips for this bird? any dos or donts? I will be using a dx6i, and have purchased most blade aluminum parts along w a carbon boom.
has anyone done the lynx stretch kit?
thanks in advance for any and all info.

Make sure that your ar7200bx is firmly attached, I pulled off the stock tape and replaced it with some 3M tape, this is pretty common. There is a loctite bearing mod you can do that keeps the motor from failing. Fly with the stock electronics then consider eventually upgrading the servos, speed controller and motor down the road as they all are liable to have issues over time. As for the heli airframe itself it's pretty much good to go.
