No worries. You could do a ESC calibration, but it is not necessary.
Try tapping the motortest button faster, you will see the motor starts to run smooth.

Totally normal. Make sure the ESCs are calibrated before flight. Number 1 does not seem to have the same throttle start point. Don't try to fly in manual if the calibration is not exact.
