Hey, I ordered Tyreese from the Walking Dead to fly my Beaver. He's 5". Do you think he'd be a good size?

A bit small. You'll have to make him a booster chair...

I have other models that I can use in case he looks like a baby... He has a backpack I think too.

Maybe look for another figure? This one is 5". Maybe 6"?

Got in three flights today. The snow has a bit of a crust on it now, so it is perfect for flying. It was windy, but the Beaver handled it with ease.

Flying from the snow is neat, but to be honest, I am ready for some spring time. It is time to put the wheels back on the Beaver.

It's amazing how much more fun flying and editing videos is than getting work done.

We now have a crew of three beavers at our local flying spot. This is the first video with two beavers, stay tuned for episode "Beaver 3"

Two Beavers are Better than One (3 min 25 sec)

Love your paint scheme!! Did you take off all the existing paint before painting or did you just paint over?

Any tips on taking paint off?

I'd love the chance to fly on snow, such a different reality. Love seeing how everyone utilizes their different landscapes for flying and deals with challenges.

Thanks. I used packing tape to remove the factory paint. The plane is now wrapped in Oracal vinyl film with decals from Callie Graphics.

The color scheme is a replica of a Beaver owned and flown by retired U S astronaut Bill Anders.
