I don't know what wallmate is but here's some suggestions:
White bead foam about 5-6" in hg
Dow square edge (blue) foam from the large box store about 15" in hg
Dow Hi-load 60psi foam 20" in hg
This doesn't mean that you can't build a nice wing using less pressure either.

That's does help I am a little high. I'm finding in some of my wings depressions that really I can only narrow down to foam.
I think wall mate is the same as the blue square foam.
Do you have any issues with the leading edge pulling down evenly at 15in? .014 mylar?
