Dynam, unfortunately I don't know that there is an answer to that. To my knowledge, most of the fc technologies (Multiwii, baseflight, etc) will support vtail or at least Y4 as well as GPS sensors. So it really boils down to preference for you.

I don't have experience with gps but have had really good experience with the Multiwii platform. Sorry I can't make more specific of a recommendation.

i have the vtail 400 size with a kk2 board
i want to run my dx9 transmitter
can someone point me to right direction in setting up my radio(dx9)

I've been in contact with the company, and currently the controller does not support V-Tail. But! The representative I spoke to said he would forward that to Development. Maybe a few more inquiries for V-Tail support will help move that along? I like the vector because of the range of info and color graphics presented on your screen. Gotta love an F-16 ladder on your hud.
