How long does it usually take HiTec to service servos?
I sent 3 servos to HiTec for service/replacement about a month ago along with the required form, and I have not heard a peep from them ever since. I don't even have a support ticket # or antyhing of the sort.
Is this normal for them?

I have proof of delivery and signature, so they definitely received it.
I did exactly as they told me over the phone - printed the form and just sent them straight to the service center address.
I guess I'll call on Monday...
