If you are thinking about zip zaps, I'm wondering if you want to just hack them up for making your own contraptions or whether you really want to drive them.

Take a look at our ZenWheels Micro Car, and you will instantly be able to appreciate the fine control of speed and steering that you get. They are triple the price, but I think you'll find them well worth it!

Check out the videos and the product website:

Thanks!

No, we are just busy getting the website going properly. http://www.zenwheels.com We made a standalone website to draw more attention to the new product on it's own. We are using Magento to make the site, but it still takes a lot of work to get everything right, and it's getting busy now as Christmas season seems to start earlier every year.

I'm looking for Zip Zap SE models, not the standard ZIP ZAPS, the Zenwheels look good, but the bodies styles are too toyish.

Zip Zap SE have real bodies and propo steering and throttle and lights and some cars play music

I should do a comparison video of Zip Zap SE with Plantraco Zenwheels Microcar.

Regarding the top covers for the cars, check out the SUV - it's looking a bit more scale appearance, but yah, there are some fantastic looking cars. ZenWheels are fantastic performing cars, and looks were secondary to performance in the design. Check out the slow speed steering comparison. ZenWheels can scroll along at 2mm/s speed precisely.

I guess it's a custom DIY job for now, but I'd love to see some photo's if you do it!

Here are some I made earlier, Tomy/Takara Buggies, Bit Char-G 3.0 motors and 30mah Lipo.
Rough Rider is a static lid from SR and the Baja Bug is a WW2 staff car.

Maybe a company should make some Buggies that would appeal to the VW community as well as us modellers and sell a load? Hint Hint! Nudge Nudge! I would have a few.
