From what you guys have said, and after looking at the stock image for that connector I think I'm getting it.

I think an update to the manual, adding the connection figures for channel 2, is in order. After all, this charger is advertised for 6-10S compatibility

They make a cable, but it doesn't look like it will fit your balance board. See CP10XP on the page at the link below:

That board with the 10xP adapter cable would work for what I've been asking, but I failed to leave out some details. I'm building a portable charge box with my chargers mounted in the lid, power supply mounted below a deck in the bottom and with my parallel board hard mounted to that lower deck. My ultimate goal is convenience and tidiness. The two gripes I've had for my 10S and 10XP chargers are having to deal with FMA's uniqueness in balancing plug configurations and the mess of plug adapters I have to swap through (optional side-mounting balance plug modules anyone?).

My construction of the adapter cable is on hold until I configure the box so I can build the cable to the perfect length.

Sounds a lot like my configuration. The JST-PA connector on the charger is really a non-issue. You just need the correct cable to go from the charger to the balance board.

Although I wouldn't recommend it, I believe you could plug the balance board you have into the single port SPA.

I'm using the the single port SPA adapters and will likely order a few more.

My issue is I have some older packs that don't use the XH connectors. I plan to use other balance boards to connect to the single port SPA adapters so I don't have to switch the charger between XH mode and FMA mode. I've done it and it works fine, but I'm trying to streamline and reduce the number of steps required for charging different pack types.

Also, Revolectrix does make balance extensions in 12" and 36" lengths. I'm using the 12" extensions myself.

Hello, I have a Cellpro 10S and have been thinking about an upgrade to the 10XP next spring. I really like the size of these models; they fit on the desk nicely. I'm essentially asking the question now so I can save your reply for future easy "add to cart" purchasing.

The upgrade to the 10XP would be so that I can charge 4 3S or 4S batteries at once; which is something that the 10S can't do. Could someone post what accessories I'd need for the 10XP in order to do this? i.e. for the 10S I have 3x CP10S-GP/KO6S adapters; that's two in use and one spare. All balance plugs I have are the typical JST-XH. From reading here I need an MPA at a minimum and an SPA (or two?) perhaps. I am not sure if I can re-use my current adapter boards. I'll be keeping the 10S as a backup because my other charger is really small by comparison to this.

Thanks!

It's been some time that I've been on the Revolectrix web site, and I see they offer combos with the MPA and cables. So, please disregard the above question because you can simply pick the combo you need for the 10XP, 6, and 8 models. I'll be watching the black Friday sales to see what comes up.

You could increase the capability of your 10S by getting the MPA and appropriate cable now. The MPA will work as well with the 10S as it does with the 10XP.

PN: MPA-FRC-CP10XP-US

You won't have the power that the 10XP has but you could do multiple batteries although not quite as fast as the 10XP. You can then upgrade to the 10XP later on.

Keep your existing adapters. You will still be able to use them with either the 10S or the 10XP.

Anyone have the current firmware version for the 10XP...I am showing V1.19 on mine. Haven't had any issues with my 10XP for over three years now, hence if it ain't broke...don't fix it.
BUT curious if there might be any updates...
Thanks!
