Mounting the Wicked EDF motor into the HET 6404 64mm EDF Fan unit
Here is my quick "how to" on how to mount the Wicked 4000 Plus EDF motor into the HET 6404 64mm fan unit.
Here is the test data I got:
Wicked 4000 Plus Motor: 4S 2200mah 40C Skylipo: 830 watts, 60.9 amps, 13.63 volts
Note: These rotors are dynamically balanced by HET. The one I assembled for this photo sequence was vibrating a little at lower throttle (but smooth at higher throttle) so I loosened the rotor screw and rotated the rotor a 1/8 turn or so and tried again. After a few tries I found a spot where it ran smooth at low rpm as well as high rpm.
