If you're doing FF, this not a reasonable setup.
You are running a beginner-level semi-fixed-pitch setup.
You need to be using the idle-up mode and setting the throttle flat across at about 90-90-90-90-90.
This should give you a decent amount of power.
Also, since you are running a brushed motor, you should check if the commutator needs to be cleaned...this can cause serious power loss.
