All right kids, its time to start another thread where we can discuss why the Yanks will always fail to impress.

But here are the basics.

sWARm

The sWARm has been, and will continue to be held the 4th Saturday of April and September.

Bring anything RC, and be ready to spend way more time at the farm than your other half would like.

We will donate some kits to fight for. (CTH)

We had a few flyers late to arrive the last couple of times.

Lets put a time for the first combat at 9:30.

I'll have F-22's again. $10 for an assembled airframe. Maybe if I glue them together prior to the swarm I can spend more time flying.

Can't wait! Got 3 killbirds ready to go, lots of batteries, lots of props, Already put in for that day off at work. And I'll save up $5 bucks for pizza or beat it out of Dan (not physically I think he could take me) who stole it from me (2 Sheets for the price of 3) on our last exchange after I stole a plane from him and paid up. Go yanks!

Maybe 4 or 5 people max. Likely only 2 or 3. Unfortunately for large groups like this there is never a schedule that can accommodate everyone.

There was always a conflict with every date we ever came up with. DLG guys dont go to the sWARm anyways, so its like worrying that the sWARm falls on the same weekend as a nerd convention. It really would not affect any of us........

Not entirely true! Lots of DLG guys attend the sWARm, and have done so many times in the past. You, Finch, Jim A, Jim G, Jeremy, Adrian, myself, and others. I would be there if it were on a different weekend. It's a fun event to participate in, spectate, and fly what you have; even if you might not do combat. But I agree, no need to reschedule the sWARm because of an out-of-state DLG contest.

I'll be in sunny southern California with Mike that weekend. I still miss my combat buddies. Last time I was at the sod farm when the combat session started, Lee was the only person I knew ... I need to get out more.

It's on the calendar -- can't wait!

I have to work a grave Friday night. I'm not seeing an easy way out of that one. So I might be a bit goofy.
