Managed my first semistable hover (trex 450)

Today, 16:00 (4:00pm) local norwegian time I managed a semistable hover with my T-Rex 450 se (v1.75)!

Thats the good news...

Today, 16:01 (4:01pm) local norwegian time I managed to get myself a T-Rex restoration project! Tailrudder servo mount broken, tailboom bent at 30 degrees, motormount bent, the little metal rod holding the rotors together, yes you guessed right, bent, landing skids broke loose. But Behind Every Cloud There's a Silver Lining! One of the rotorblades is still whole!!! Thank good my new hs65mg survived!

Anyone wanting a little restoration job for me?

BUT! I made a semi stable hover for about 10 seconds!

Well done on the hover, sorry to hear about the crash.

At least you’re taking it in the right spirit, you'll be back up soon and soon you will have the hover you are looking for. Thrust me, we all crash, it makes us more determined.

Good Luck.

Not to worry. Shortly, you'll be as good at crashing (without busting stuff) as I am.

Flying? Maybe sometime next year.

Hawhawhaw the Hoover ad. Further distinction: A hoover is what you use to clean up after a hover gone bad.

Yes I see now... Remember English is not my native language. My last english teacher gave me an grade equal to "F", but I manage write in a somewhat understandable language?

And yes, i did hoover and hover today.

Anyway, where do I get cheap and good parts, anywhere in the whole world, webshop's are a great invention! Is the HK parts good enough for a "almost ho(o)vering" pilot?

Your English is very understandable, better than most native speakers on here :>

Your experience on your first hoover is very normal! You will be an expert at repairs by the time you are doing 3D.

Congratulations, and welcome to the addiction!
