Been checking out the Extra 300 after seeing your . What size battery are you going to run in her ? I have a slew of 2200 3 cells so I'm looking for a plane similar to the Extra that require 2200 battery. I don't want to start buying another group of batteries. I have enough batteries as it is .

Manual calls for 3s 2200 to 2600's

I have got 2 3s 2650's that I am going to use.

i find it easier to take my planes back home ( when they're some how smaller after hitting that tree)

Not my pic, but I think thats pvc and foam ready for anything you want.

Or are you talking about the pic of my carry box with P-47 on the floor in the background?

Yeah, the P-47 with the tube on the bottom of the wing.

Yep rockets on the jug this one is not my plane but shows the rockets bombs and fuel tank.

Origional concept idea by Mr Phill, expanded on by Sundancer, and expanded on again by me. With mine I can safely transport 6 planes to the field without damage or road rash to them. (the 2 extra side wing cradels and extra fuselage support isn't shown)

I bought a 4x8 sheet of 2" thick foam at home depot and covered it with indoor/ outdoor carpet from home depot make shure velcro will stick to the carpet and glue it down with carpet tape then you can set your planes in the back of the truck and hold them in place with velcro straps. even my large 50cc planes wiil stay in place this way just make littel wheel chocks from foam and stick velcro to the bottom of them place the wheel into them and a strap over it to hold wheel down. this also verry light so its easy to remove and set aside if you need to .
