I have two of those 1650 nimh TX packs and a Triton. I usually charge at .3-.4 amps with a peak sensitivity of 5mV per cell. Takes anywhere from 2-5 hours for a good, slow charge which won't damage the cells at all. I have charged one of them at 1 amp once. Was in the field and wasn't feeling good about my TX voltage going below 9V. Charged for about 1 hour, no ill effects.
